SwimLabs is not only a great place to learn to swim, but also a safe one. We know that Water Safety involves two key components: preventing risk, and maintaining a state of readiness for any accidents that may happen. That is why we have developed a 5-point plan meant to keep our pools, instructors, and participants safe.

	Teaching Environment At SwimLabs, none of our Endless Pools (link to page) are larger than 10×16 feet. This means that all of our lessons, whether private or group take place in a small area with a limited number of participants (never more than 4) in the pool. This greatly reduces the chances of an accident at SwimLabs, because our instructors are able to account for all of our students, all of the time. What’s more, with each lesson being broadcast on televisions in our comfortable lobby, you can rest assured that you can keep an eye on your children’s safety and progress in the water, all from just a few steps away.For our smaller participants, there is also a bench that runs around the perimeter of each pool, giving them a “safe” docking area to stay in while their instructor is working with other students.
	Qualified, Experienced Instructors When we hire Instructors at SwimLabs, we make sure that we hire the best-experienced adult instructors. All of our Instructors (link) have experience swimming at every level and are first aid and CPR certified. Many have previous experience as lifeguards, and have a good understanding of the skills involved in mitigating risk at a swimming facility. You can rest assured that not only will your students receive outstanding swimming instruction, but will do so with the most qualified, experienced instructors available.
	Participants At SwimLabs, we make sure that all participants at know and follow the facility’s rules and regulations. We explain and enforce all rules and regulations consistently, and at all times. Water safety is our primary concern.In addition to this, we know that pool and water safety doesn’t end when you leave our facility. Our classes all include the instruction of the basic principals of water safety for any body of water.
	Learning Progression Not only was our learning progression designed to take advantage of our endless pools and video feedback system to give our students the most modern swimming instruction available today, but it was also designed with our participant’s safety in mind. Our progression moves, step-by-step, through the integral skills needed to make our students safe in the swimming pool. At SwimLabs, we know that trust is an integral part of the learning progression, and as such we will spend the time necessary to earn both your trust, and your students trust as well.
	Facility Policies and Procedures At SwimLabs, each one of our staff members, from front desk to instructor staff is trained in CPR and First Aid, as well as the policies and procedures of our Facility.  In the event that something doesn’t go exactly right in a lesson, our staff is trained to respond immediately and correctly to each situation as it arises.
