Hi Michael - Jack finished FIRST in the 50 and 100 free at the City Meet last weekend and shaved 7.5 seconds off his 50 from the beginning of the season and then 6 seconds off his best 100 free time... he was thrilled! . Luke did well too (5th place in 25 free) but didn't have a great City meet - I think he was a bit nervous!! Not bad for a first season though!! We are really grateful to you, your staff and the excellent support and coaching. Thanks for all your help with the boys. We are big believers in Swim Labs!
